The whole world has been experiencing an unprecedented situation for several weeks linked to the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation has intensified in recent days to reach the African continent, forcing several countries to close their borders and thousands of people to reduce or even pause their mobility. Public places have been identified as areas conducive to the possible spread of the virus, several of which, including cafes and restaurants, have been forced to close. Aware of the seriousness of the situation and in order to preserve your health, we have taken preventive measures to keep our hotels in a healthy state. In addition to the multiplication of awareness messages and the adoption of barrier actions as recommended by the World Health Organization, we have made the responsible choice to momentarily cease activity in some of our hotels. Our primary objective is the protection of our human capital and the preservation of those who make the heart of ONOMO beat. This committed and responsible act could not have been accomplished without your courage and your sense of responsibility, for those who answered the call by limiting social interactions and stopping work, or those who took the party to remain mobilized in their positions to support customers whose only option is to stay in our hotels. I would particularly like to thank you for your solidarity and your sense of responsibility and confirm our commitment to accompany you during this period of crisis. The hotel general managers as well as the human resources managers will contact you individually to discuss the current situation of the group and your hotel, and your individual situation. This health crisis, unprecedented in the world and the first of its kind in the lives of many economic operators, has hit the world economy hard and even more so the tourism sector.
